Crash! Empty Crash!

when i start the metin ...i can play only max. 5 or 10 min. then is crash... i dont know what to do ...please help me Sad

Here are a few things you can try.

-Put your anti-virus off.
-Re-install.
-Re-Extract.
-Try starting with client als admin or as patch.
-Maby a virus scan.
